Richmond Engineering & Management is inviting skilled engineering and management professionals to join its team for a major project in NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The company is seeking candidates with strong qualifications, significant industry experience, and the ability to work in a multilingual environment.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher and possess membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required, reflecting the international and collaborative nature of the project.
Available Positions
Richmond is looking to fill a variety of senior and mid-level roles, each requiring proven expertise and leadership skills:
- Project Manager – 15+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering projects.
- Contract Manager – 15+ years of experience managing contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
- Design Manager – 12+ years of experience overseeing design teams and project documentation.
- PCS Engineer – 10+ years of experience in project control systems.
- Quantity Surveyor – 7+ years of experience in cost estimation and project budgeting.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer – 10+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and supervision.
- Senior Electrical Engineer – 10+ years of experience in electrical systems and infrastructure.
- Senior Civil Engineer – 10+ years of experience in civil engineering works and project execution.
- Senior Architect – 10+ years of architectural design and project delivery experience.
- Senior HSE – 7+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management.
- QA/QC Engineer – 7+ years of experience in quality assurance and control in engineering projects.
- Document Controller (Aconex) – 5+ years of experience managing project documentation using Aconex.
- Architecture Inspector – 2+ years of experience in architectural inspection and compliance.
- MEP Inspector – 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections.
